Making our Keto Low Carb Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 1 ½ cup all natural peanut or almond butter
- 1 cup powdered Swerve sweetener
- ½ cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups sugar free stevia chocolate chips
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. Gather ingredients
- In a medium bowl, using an electric mixing- whip together softened butter and peanut butter.
- Add powdered sweetener and vanilla. Mix until combined.
- Stir in almond flour.
- Press mixture evenly into lined pan.
- Refrigerate while melting the chocolate.
- Combine chocolate chips with cream and melt in a microwave safe dish.
- Pour over the top of the peanut butter mixture.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut into 12 equal squares.
