Low Carb Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars are a no bake treat that everyone will love. My husband absolutely adores his chocolate peanut butter cups. They are one of his favorites.

So when I made the decision to eat healthier with low carb he was devastated to never have his chocolate peanut butter cups again. He thought they were gone forever. One day I surprised him with these delicious Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars. He took a bite and instantly asked if we were able to eat them while on low carb.

A Family Friendly Keto Dessert

Yes! Not only did he love these bars but the kids did as well. They all asked for more. The kids even asked to help make these the next time we had them because they wanted to see just how they could be considered low carb. I enjoy making my family’s favorite foods into low carb recipes that we can all enjoy eating together. These bars are the perfect example. We can all eat chocolate and peanut butter guilt free with these no bake bars.

  1. Can you use pure stevia extract powder instead of Swerve. I the extra bulk and erythritol necessary? Would love to make these today, but I don't have any heavy cream, just cashew milk.

  2. Hi, I'm currently keto dieting and can't have over 25 carbs per day so I keep a very close eye on my intake however, this recipe doesn't have that nutrition fact. Could I please get that or at least a way to figure it out per serving?
    Thanks,
    Lauren C.
