Easy Fudge Recipe
Marshmallow Nutella Magic
So it has taken us awhile, but we finally joined the Nutella craze. I tried Nutella for the first time ever ( I know, can you believe it!) just last month. My daughter smothered it on a piece of toast for me. It started to melt a bit and was delicious. She has been eating it for years, I just wasn't interested. Until that morning.
I decided to try a fudge recipe that uses Nutella and the flavor was good, but the result was not the smooth creamy fudge that I like. It was not the fault of Nutella. It was the fault of the recipe, so I adjusted it. Instead of using white sugar and butter, we use marshmallow fluff and sweetened condensed milk. The fudge turns out perfect every time.
Here is how to make it (full recipe in printable recipe card below)
Melt almond bark, chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave safe dish. Stir in Nutella and marshmallow.
Mix well, heat again until completely melted. Spread onto sheet pan or 8x8 (my 8x8 was being used for something else!)
Top with mini marshmallows, chocolate chips and chopped almonds.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set. Cut into squares, serve.
