Easy Fudge Recipe
Marshmallow Nutella Magic
So it has taken us awhile, but we finally joined the Nutella craze. I tried Nutella for the first time ever ( I know, can you believe it!) just last month. Â My daughter smothered it on a piece of toast for me. It started to melt a bit and was delicious. She has been eating it for years, I just wasn't interested. Until that morning.
I decided to try a fudge recipe that uses Nutella and the flavor was good, but the result was not the smooth creamy fudge that I like. Â It was not the fault of Nutella. It was the fault of the recipe, so I adjusted it. Â Instead of using white sugar and butter, Â we use marshmallow fluff and sweetened condensed milk. Â The fudge turns out perfect every time.
Here is how to make it (full recipe in printable recipe card below)
Melt almond bark, chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave safe dish. Â Stir in Nutella and marshmallow.
Â
Mix well, heat again until completely melted. Â Spread onto sheet pan or 8x8 Â (my 8x8 was being used for something else!)
Top with mini marshmallows, chocolate chips and chopped almonds.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set. Cut into squares, serve.
