- 2 oz. Cream cheese softened
- ½ C. Shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- BBQ rub seasoning

How Do You Make These Keto Bacon Wrapped Cheeseburger Pickle Poppers?
Add the ground beef and onion to a skillet over medium-high heat, and saute until the meat is browned and the onion has softened. Drain the excess grease.
Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Deseed and hollow out the pickle halves.
Place the hot meat mixture in a mixing bowl with the garlic, cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Stir to combine well.
