Serve up this easy lemon garlic aioli as a dip or spread! This is an easy aioli recipe that you can make in a hurry, it is very much a cheater recipe. But hey, all that matters is flavor.

This recipe is what we all naturally keto/low carb, meaning there are no special ingredients needed to make it that way. Perfectly enjoyable by all!

Lemon Garlic Aioli

Lemon Garlic Aioli is such a versatile spread, sauce or dip, that you can transform the flavor to anything you want. We even use it on sandwiches and wraps.

What Is Aioli Sauce Made Of

This aioli recipe uses mayonnaise, olive oil, garlic, fresh lemon juice, and some seasonings. Simple is what you get here, but trust me, sometimes simplicity offers the biggest reward in the end.

How Long Does Garlic Aioli Last In The Fridge

You can store homemade garlic aioli in the fridge for about 5-8 days. Make sure to stir between each serving, and then spread or dip as usual. Use your best judgment on if the spread is good or not.

Do You Use Fresh Lemon For Lemon Garlic Aioli

Yes. You want to squeeze fresh lemon juice. The little bottles of store-bought lemon juice just won't do. You want a fresh lemon flavor, as it will be one of the star flavors of this aioli recipe.

Can You Freeze Garlic Aioli

Unfortunately no. Mayonnaise doesn't hold up well once it begins to thaw from the freezer. It will separate and become less than tasty. So use what you will and then toss out any leftover you don't plan to use.

Recipes To Pair With Lemon Garlic Aioli

Is Aioli Safe To Eat

Yes. My recipe does not contain raw eggs like you find some recipes have, so this is very safe. This recipe is so simple, no stress, and minutes of mixing you have a great spread. It uses mayonnaise as a base.

What Are Ways To Use Aioli

  • Dip Fries, potato wedges, and more in your dip.
  • Pair with vegetables. Spread on top, or serve as a dip on the side. Great with broccoli and cauliflower.
  • Spread on sandwiches for added flavor.
  • Great on top of your morning eggs.
  • Artichokes.
  • Pair with protein for a tasty layer of flavor.
  • lemon garlic aioli dip with hot wings and avocado fries.

What Is The Best Way to Mix This Garlic Lemon Aioli Recipe

A whisk or fork is the best way. You want to vigorously stir the mixture. Now some like to use a blender but I personally find to use a fork or whisk offers the best consistency. Sometimes a blender can over-mix the base of this recipe.

Give this lemon garlic aioli recipe a try, and let me know what you think. We are loving it, and how simple it is to make. No worries about it not blending or holding up. An easy no-fail recipe you can make over and over again.
