Keto Candy Bar Fat Bombs
Super high energy! Here we goooooo
Keto Candy Bar Fat Bombs are just the treat you need when you are feeling sluggish. Some days we have more energy than others but on the days you feel yourself dragging and coffee just is not doing the trick, energy bites are the way to go. I drink multiple cups of coffee a day and sometimes it feels as though my body is immune to the caffeine I am drinking.
What's A Fat Bomb
Fat bombs are something many who follow the Ketogenic diet will incorporate into their diet. You will see fat bombs are made with butter, coconut oil, sometimes nuts or seeds, and a handful of other ingredients. They help you get that high-fat and low carb intake your body needs to help induce ketosis. Ketosis will help your body starting burning the fast instead of carbs.
This is similar to an Almond Joy candy bar, but in a better form so it is approved for your dietary needs.
Keto Friendly Candy
These keto friendly candy energy bites never fail to bring my energy level up so I am good to keep moving through my day. I love making a grab and go snacks before my busy days. Sometimes I find myself so busy I forget to eat! Anyone else? If I have something to grab in the middle of my day I can make sure I am eating the right things that are keto approved.
Most days I have tons of running around to do including helping my teenage daughter and chasing around my toddler grandson. We all know how tiring toddlers can be! I may not always have time to make a full pot of coffee or run to the local coffee shop to get one. However, I do always have time to grab an energy bite out of the fridge.
Coconut Fat Bomb
These Keto approved Candy Bar Fat Bombs aka coconut fat bombs are quick to make and can be kept in the fridge to grab throughout your week. The items that make up these bites give me the fat I need to keep going. These no-bake energy bites are made with cream cheese, almond butter, coconut, and sugar-free caramel. Coconut and caramel are a tasty combination that elevates the flavor in these energy bites.
All of these ingredients will boost your energy because of the higher fat levels. This, in turn, will give you energy and keep you going. Although they are great for an energy pick me up, they will also keep your hunger satisfied a little longer.
Not only are they easy to make ahead, but they require no baking which means they can be done fast and be refrigerated until you need them. Having ready to eat snacks in the fridge that are keto approved can save you in a chaotic day! I love these Keto Candy Bar Fat Bombs for my busy days. Try them out and tell us how you like them.
