Hershey's Dark Chocolate Chunk Brownie Cookies

Calling all chocolate lover's!  This recipe is for YOU.  Decadent. Gooey. Chocolatey. A brownie recipe turned cookie and then stuffed with Hershey's chocolate. Not much more to say! 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
  • 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 large Hershey's Dark Chocolate Bar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. 
  2. In a large bowl, cream butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. 
  3. Add dry ingredients and continue mixing. Batter should be thick. 
  4. Scoop 2" spoonfuls onto a sheet pan. Cookies bake up more than spreading out. 
  5. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven.
  6. Lightly press chunks of the chocolate into the cookies.  Return to the oven to finish baking.  About 2-3 minutes or until cookies are fully set. 
  7. Allow to cool on wire rack, enjoy.
